A charming stone house located amongst the hills of Soller’s Valley. Its strategic location makes it the ideal place for both beach and mountain holidays. In summer its private swimming pool, garden and patio are ideal to sunbathe or relax in the shade while enjoying the magnificent view of the mountains; in the evening you can enjoy romantic moonlight dinners and the pleasant temperature of Mediterranean evenings. In winter, its proximity to the mountains makes it the ideal starting point for countless excursions all around the Sierra de Tramontana, without the need of a car or any other means of transport. You can opt to heat the house with radiators or get a more cosy and warm atmosphere by using the traditional wood stove.

• THE EXTERIORS:
The house has parking spaces for two cars, as well as a wood burning oven located in a barbecue area with a large table that can seat up to 8 people and where you can enjoy wonderful outdoor meals and dinners. Alongside there is a bathroom with shower and next to it a laundry room with a washing machine and a washing line. The garden comprises typical Mediterranean vegetation (olive tree, palm tree, orange tree, lemon tree and rosemary). The necessary wood for both the stove and oven will be made available if you wish. The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by the garden and has a large solarium and four sun loungers to enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. You can enjoy swimming across the pool, which measures 9x5 m (i.e. 29.52x16.4 ft); its depth ranges from 1.50 to 2.10 meters (4.92 to 6.56 ft) and therefore it is advisable that children than cannot swim, use some sort of float. In the evening the swimming pool’s lighting and the garden create a romantic atmosphere.

• THE INTERIORS:
The house has two bedrooms, one with a 1.80x2.00 m bed and a latex mattress and the other with two twin beds (0.90x1.80 m). A large living room with TV, DVD, Home Cinema and Satellite. There is also a large kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils: fridge, electrical oven, microwave, coffee maker, squeezer, dishwasher and saucepans. On the top floor, in addition to the bedrooms, there is another small room and a bathroom. All the rooms are equipped with radiators for winter and the largest room also with air-conditioning.
